The statement about 2H24 China sales growing strongly seems to be provable as an actual false statement. As in, they had information in hand to show that China sales were strongly down, rather than up, at the time when they said it.
I am surprised no one seems to be making much of this. I guess it flies under the radar because China is now such a small and inconsequential part of the business. The trouble is that they needed it to be true in order to maintain the facade of 'cashflow positive by 2025'.
