The current access to the debt facility of $8M Expires on 30th Sept 2023 and will it be renewed given the current financial woes ?
If you remove the debt facility, BUBS has 2.0 quarters of cash left.
The Board spill was the least of this companies troubles.
BUBS want to do SAMR at Deloraine which they have said is $3M, they need to complete the USFDA will cost $$$, they need to increase sales in the USA which is $$$ on marketing, they need to defend all their Court cases $$$.
Very difficult to cut expenditure as promised. Is Reggie truly ready for this poison chalice ?
Capital Raise in the next 12 months is a certainty. The fuel light is on.
