That stuff sounds like it is mostly expired or nearing expiry.
At a certain point, it is simply not possible to move the stock even at a discount, and it becomes more a case of who assumes legal responsibility for the costs associated with this inventory. Based on the legal proceedings, I think things have more or less reached that stage.
I am not a lawyer but if Andy tried dumping the stock at a discount now t seems like it would be a concession that they cannot return the stock to BUBs, which is at the heart of the current legal dispute. I also doubt he has a leg to stand on in the dispute itself, but either way I think much of the damage has already been done in terms of the actual impact on China sales going forward.
