    And that is why Andy hasn't dumped it yet, he wants BUBS to pay for it, so he can return it to BUBS ownership. the literal hot potato.

    If Andy loses in Court, then the stock is legally his, and he will liquidate at whatever price he can, to recover his costs that he has paid for it.

    If Andy wins, then BUBS have $20M write off waiting.

    It is very wrong to assume that this $20M of stock is still not a serious headache for BUBS future China strategy.
