I don't think you understood my post. The stock is evidently expired (in some cases) or nearly expired. There is no option for Andy to 'liquidate' after the legal proceedings given how long those can take. If he hasn't dumped it by now he simply cannot. His only play is to force BUBs to pay the $20M for it.
IMO Andy has very very little chance of that either. It seems he was banking on Carr consortium getting back control. His legal dispute hinges on an apparent agreement he had with the former management to the effect that he could return any stock he couldn't sell. When BUB asked them who specifically had promised this, Alice and Willis basically refused to answer until after the EGM. As per an earlier announcement from BUB: Late on Friday 30 June 2023 and Saturday 1 July 2023, Bubs urgently requested further informationfrom Alice and Willis, including who in the previous Bubs management team they allege made thesepromises and evidence of their claims. On 1 July 2023, Willis advised that it will “endeavour to providethat information by 28 July 2023”. Notably, this is the day after the extraordinary general meetingscheduled for 27 July 2023.
I think we can all see what games AZ Global and Andy were playing, absolute desperation move and it didn't pay off. That legal action is a joke.
