As per the Alpha Group Legal update announcement, Alice and Willis were claiming that BUBs former management agreed to provide them credit for any near expiring stock, in the form of new replacement stock. Apparently this relates to $12.9M of the overall $20M being claimed. So they are basically saying this stock is near expiry.

The further $7.5M relates to stock purchased by Alpha Group from BUBs seemingly around August 2022. That stock would probably only have 6-9 months to expiry after factoring in logistics time since manufacturing etc.. It would definitely not be within expiry by the time the legal dispute is resolved one way or another. Highly doubtful that is getting sold any time soon either as it would undercut Alpha Group's legal position.

The only stock that might still have some life left in it is the $5.65M that they are getting sued by BUBs for, because they haven't paid for it. I don't think they can legally sell the product they haven't even paid for.
