main things are cost control which the report states annual op expenses reduce by 10m and monthly ongoing will be halved to 2m from 5m. they are focusing on inventory and sales in the meantime and maximising utilisation of deloraine facilty. I think this board is doing the right things now. it's a business not a family cash factory. things should slowly improve
