A2M has already grown to over a $1B in revenue in China annually. It was also able to grow that China revenue despite the market shrinking.
It is being punished for flagging lower growth off that already large base going forward.
BUB is a completely different story. They have virtually no revenue in China, they can ONLY grow from here. A2M have shown that growth is possible in spite of the market conditions. However, if BUB don't break back into the China market, they have zero chance at survival.
