What I love most about the update 1. Achieved $100m revenues and this beats guidance of $80m. 2. China reset. Revenues up from $1.4M to $8.8M. Wow!! It will continue to bring 17% YoY growth going forward since we’ve cleared of the previous stockpile in China. 3. O2O strategy is going great. Bubs stocking IFs up from 138 stores to 300 stores in June. 4. Cash burn of $27M is a one off clear out excess stocks. That is why FY25, we will be positive cashflow. This write off makes total sense imo.
5. Bubs held $17.7m in cash reserves as at 30 June 2024, with a further $5.0m ofheadroom on its bank facilities, totalling $22.7m of available cash liquidity.
Financially very strong from here imo. Go Bubs!!
