I would have thought it was the outcome of a study that would determine if it was worth developing . I would alos have thought that an economic outcome would also make the assets more valuable for a farm in or JV even if they dont deveope it them selves .My understanding is the company almost whent broke when it tried previlously to move from an exploration company to an operator at old pirate . What would you have them do ?
