It is unlikely that a lot of shareholders will take up their rights for various reasons: 1.) forgotten they own the shares, 2.) tired of pouring good money after bad, 3.) don't like the fact that APAC control the company etc. etc. The bottomline APAC has gained and will continue to gain a public company without paying a premium to shareholders. I hope you will put your hand in your pocket - I note your sentiment is to hold NOT buy?
