Would be great if an agreement with Sinosteel was limited to offtake and funding as it is with Rio. Unfortunately they are in a position of power in this case and will dictate Chinese engineering and equipment ... a disaster waiting to happen ... again. Have theses companies not learnt from experiences on Sino Iron, Karara and others?
