re: Ann: Buckland Project - Native Title Agre... Regarding capex. From memory, BCI paid for the haul road from a very soft loan from China, not share dilution. And the mining and hauling of the IO is done by sub contract incurring little capex. Mining by Watpac and haul by Toll. They supply the equipment.

A similar model might fit with ideas that IOH, or new owner, might have.
