tcf I dont understand your question.  The WA reclaimed the land and vested it in the Dampier Port Authority under legislative process and accordingly has the legal power to lease the land to IOH.

The headline for me was:

All primary approvals and tenure for development of the Buckland Project now secured.

Hopefully this means we can get those discussions going with potential customers and partners.
