Isnt the lease over which the Cape Preston East Port lease is granted crown land set aside for a multi user port under the Mining Act? And then vested in the Dampier Port Authority for the purposes of building a port? Ergo, giving them the ability to provide a lease over the site?

In essence what you are saying is that DPA granted a lease over land it has no legal interest, if so the lawyers in WA must be really really dum. And our lawyers who drafted the lease must be really really dum if they hadnt checked if the person granting the lease had a legal interest in the land, something a surburban conveyancer would check.

In terms of the Road, wasnt this the dispute with Palmer and werent tenenements provided to IOH? Didnt the WA government issue formal surrender notices in respect of this land? Didnt we win this battle?

Mate out of all the things Im worried about with IOH like you know the bloody IO price the least thing Im worried about is whether the DPA and IOH lawyers know what they are doing.

Not interested in a running battle mate Im confident the DPA know what they are doing.
