What I don't quite understand is the reference to POs to manufacture, which in my understanding just means this is what we have ordered to be manufactured. If BUd is building to order then that would indeed imply its conservative, but if we are building to stock (which I would expect for products like ours) and service orders from the stock, it might look different.
