I’m not sure if more sales deals is the answer. Would they be higher margin than the LifX website? We need people to buy direct, not so much from retailer XYZ where we only make a small amount. I don’t know if the strategy of more product on shelves in new stores is the answer. I suppose we need first time buyers but I bet repeat customers spend the most $$$ on additional products. I think the whole marketing strategy may need an overhaul. I dunno, not my expertise.
in my humble opinion, we need more products. Outside lights, covid strip light, switches that don’t need wiring….
