Amazing that a year ago Marc Alexander was soooo short of cash he need to sell his shares in Buddy he'd just gotten to pay for a family member's operation...but now he's ok to sacrifice his $300K USD salary!!! Have we ever been told the truth with this company?
Let me guess, Buddy came out and said they would only be getting cash up front payments for the ASIAN TELCO deal and the Asian Telco decided they didn't want to pay cash upfront! Hence imminent is now non-existent. Why on earth would Buddy have come out with that statement when they hadn't done the deal yet!? It's smacks of incompetence and misleading investors.
DAVE'S PERFORMANCE AS CEO IS APPALLING AND HE NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. BORENSTEIN BOASTED HE'D DONE 100s OF ACQUISITIONS THROUGH HIS CAREER. WELL HE MESSED UP THE LIFX ONE! CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD! OUT!
