The Appendix 4C is a quarterly cash flow report that some entities are required to make public. It's due 4 weeks after the qtr finishes so the March 17 qtrly is due 28 April. Most companies do a quarterly activity report as well, because they are usually fledgling companies who need to look like they're doing something to justify the next cap raise. Scuse my cynicism.
