Great announcement and love to see the progress, primarily as it delivers on promises made by management.

That said, those trying to extrapolate into what this means for revenue are getting WAY ahead of themselves. Almost a 0% chance that each unit will bring in the full $1500USD quoted. A previous poster suggested possible 80% of the units would be though, and even though i think that is still being overly optimistic, it is certainly a sensible place to start.

As far as production costs per unit go, we will undoubtedly uncover that the 1st run is going to be quite expensive. 1000 units is such a small amount that it would have been difficult to build them efficiently. I expect to see a lot of operating leverage in production costs once there is confidence to place orders at scale and margins to move into a range that is sustainable.

My point is, do not expect to see wildly profitable figures from the revenue this 1st lot brings in, and understanding that this is ok.
