Harborough Council is required to report all invoices to be paid over GBP500. Fidelity Communications, which was partnering Buddy as sponsors of the 'Invest in Harborough' event, appear a number of times as they provide Council's telephony and IT services. If Buddy 's invoice are over GBP 500 they will appear on the list showing the amount. It will be interesting to see what the list reveals as the year progresses.
