    I am not 100% sure how many shares are on issue now, I believe there will be est. 1.9b shares on issue once this transaction is complete and I do not believe this is a fully diluted number and god only knows how many options are on issue now, a large number I suspect. DM and others trying to make up for their dilution through the issuing of options. DYOR
