It could be linked in to take into account current traffic hazards also. The device could be linked into cars like ohm is to buildings to measure all the cars vitals in real time. Using this companies could decide when is most cost effective to have thier fleets serviced and individual vehicles repaired. Over time the data collected for thier fleets would become more and more valuable to them.
