@supergwailoh: since you have turned up again, the SP has been going south. you keep posting like five posts per day, all negative, while not offering any new information. We all know these things. Not great but it is what it is and the positives and potential still outweigh the negatives; at least for those of us invested. What is the point posting them again and again and again....

This has happened before and when the SP was low enough you bought a rather significant parcel. Will you tell us when you are done again?
