Maybe finance co. is selling shares at a loss which they can then add to the loan amount at 12.5%. $20 Mill @ 12.5% = $2.5 Mill per annum interest + Capt repayments of 20 Mill over 40 mths = $6 Mill. per annum. That's a total cash outflow of $8.5 Mill per annum just for this new loan arrangement. Hopefully sales will more than double to cope with this. Market seems to think we might have taken on too much debt at to high a rate.
