Hear what you're saying, but think the $4 million was to integrate the two technologies to offer a single platform. The way it stands now, Noveda have their technology, we have ours, they feed us data and, as Dread said - hey, that rhymes - Noveda then pay for the access they have, until now, been getting gratis.

Be interesting to get some clarification on that. Either way, I think we're in as good a place as we can be, in the circumstances. Meanwhile, the tech sector - Smart Cities especially - is in a good space, time to move on
