    I had a suspicion the deal would fall through so sold the bulk of my holdings a month ago. I kept a little because I had so much faith in Dave. This is not making sense as sn investment any more. Two failed acquisitions. Both of whom needed capital. The lacklustre growth in the pipeline and the delay in the end of year report. It's too much!! I'm out. Though I seriously hope things will improve.
