whats in it for the shareholders ? if they are long term holder who have not averaged down (like me )and probably sitting on substantial loses ?
could there be a cash back offer to distribute the cash ?
or at least an increased value per share.
if the 8.3m is just used to pay of debt then what could the macadamia assets be worth on a per share basis ?
I hope this is not an inside job as there seems to be some collusion between the companies
