My take on this is that they are first and foremost interested in supplying product to domestic customers and there is every reason to anticipate that domestic offtake MOU's and agreement(s) could be reached any time from next month onwards. With such good product you'd think sooner than later. Once they know the quantities of product committed to domestic customers, I suspect they'd likely then resume their discussions with Anglo for export of remaining product.
