Is there even any point at this stage , ask a question , dont get the right answer and you cant a ska follow up ,ask anything too intrusive and they cant answer due to listing rules .
They need to come out and prove that they are capable of getting this company to production ASAP , back to 12 mil market cap , we would have been better off with Dano , but no , they had to push him out and get in on the gravy train themselves .
Maybe ask them if they feel that its right that board are making money via consulting and cap raises whilst the company share price has been destroyed , do they feel that its fair on shareholders , is it a conflict of interest , doesnt it create a lesser incentive when they can just mop up hundreds of thousands each year on salary , consulting fees and capital raises , it doesnt ,matter if the share price never goes up , they still make a killing , aka the lifestyle company .
Heres a question . How much has each board member made directly or indirectly via consulting and cap raise fees or via other means excluding base salary ??
