You gotta be in it to win it.
If a deal lands (which could be at any time), hopefully all holders holding at the time are rewarded via SP upward projectory. Holders maybe thinking they can make coin elsewhere for the time being. And that's fair enough. I personally don't want to sell out at a loss with the hope that a) I can make money elsewhere - which is never guaranteed, and b) MGU don't sign a deal while I'm out.
Off-take timings / deals are being influenced by the big fish, not MGU.
