No, 24 to 48 hours is absurdly optimistic... Lets get real here... A rig will usually spud the well about 1 day after arriving on location, and at Buffalo 1 it took an additional 28 days to reach TD, plus an additional 17 days for an extensive logging and testing program. Buffalo 2 took 24 days from spud to TD, with a further 10 days of logging, testing etc before rig release.
