Yes. The issue wasn't the FPSO per se, just that its produced water treatment system was pretty much maxed out as the wells were delivering more water than oil. It's allowed for in the design, but as a field depletes it's sometimes the case that a lot more water comes into the processing train with the oil than originally anticipated. It needs to be separated, and the Buffalo Venture FPSO had no capacity left to separate and treat the volumes of water being produced with the 4,000bopd oil. It's something that could have been fixed by installing new equipment with increased capacity, but at the time it was probably not feasible in light of the low POO, low production rates and lack of exploration success.
