not sure this will be of general interest...much more exciting things happening. This is what we have been waiting for.
OIW seperation (oil in water) is done traditionally via gravity separation then hydrocyclone to at or bellow regulatory standards (30ppm in Aus some jurisdictions 0ppm ) oil to water then discharged. There is current technology I have not seen in operation (but I believe is functional) subsea oil in water seperation with the discard reinjected to the reservoir. Companies like Fluenta, Baker Hughes, Argus etc.
Now let's get onto the matter at hand. Find that oil in these 3 locations.... the processing is easy.
