Seriously, what has this got to do with the Buffalo redevelopment?
Unless you are trying to put doubt into the economics of that development. Is that what you are trying?
Let's see, at a local level, oil - approx $50/b less development & production costs $25/b = return of $25/b.
I don't think we need a discussion on the world's oil economy - supply/demand/exploration dollars spent etc - when discussing Buffalo; unless you are predicting oil to be below $25/b.
Is that your prediction?
