I wouldn't be overly concerned not having an experienced operator.
If CVN has the data and the Geos/Engineers behind them then the actual completion of the well is pretty straight fwd.
They'll have experienced contractors from Schlumberger/Baker/Hal supervising the actual drilling.
Production Well competition has been done a squillion times before so I think it's a good thing CVN is the operator on this one...
Hopefully the cash comes in, the oil price jumps and we are into it...
