don't read too much into it they will be paid by advance who need a positive report to raise cash.
with any resource/ reserve report the author can choose to present as the client wants.
they always over reported FAR SNE asset and screwed all of SEH shareholders when the company was sold.
very unrealisable company but that's just opinion
