the very purpose of arms length is to ensure no one party exerts influence over the outcome of a deal.
changing from the original mou a few months out of expiry to the new deal that magically satisfies the performance outcome , while FBR now has a worse outcome , under the original mou shareholders would have benefited allot more, this is the very nature of arms length and an appalling display of integrity
