I see the point being that there are many, many misses in the FBR performance as per original agreement, yet the performance Class B shares are still granted? Please read again:
I can understand that due to "IP" security some "Walls" were built in a shed to Archistruct's designs as part of the R&D.
However a shed is not a standard building environment, the land and all the building services required to complete the 11 homes were not supplied by Archistruct. I believe it would have been reasonable to award the Class B performance shares if the job had been done, to date this job has not been done. Why was the deadline not extended rather than move all the goalposts?
