Many people here seem to be very unfamiliar with the commercialisation of new technology. No customer wants to take risk on these things. FBR pretty much has to pay for everything until the whole thing is completely derisked. That's why they need to pay for the display home, and will pay for many other things.
Expect the first lot of builds to be done at significantly discounted rates, too. This is just the nature of commercialisation of new technology - and more so in Australia which is particularly conservative
