building companies i have worked for pay for their own display homes, often they are top of the range and are sold at low range cost with a short term 1-2 year leaseback deal , to offset costs.

this i have no problem

the current issue i have is the sudden change of where they will be built, it was always on someone else's land, now it seems , Archistruct is paying for the testing phase as apposed to genuine builds ,this goes against two things.

firstly the essence of class B shares they were not given for this sort of deal ( only a ethical and moral issue , because legally it comes down to specific wording but hey one hopes)

and secondly all previous communication has the builds on someone else land this is a material change to the previous announcements and has been passed over as reduced risk safety ( but its ok to be unsafe after 5 builds, sorry but my spidey senses are tingling on this one , this is an opportunistic distortion of class B , if that is the intended outcome, which unfortunately evidence suggests )
