Found the whole episode around Class A last year very messy. How they rushed to get the announcement out very last minute, indoor build instead of outdoor build 1 and how they had to seek independent legal advice on wording of the performance condition. No doubt they will be seeking legal advice once again to validate Class B. The deal with Archistruct is starting to stink already. I will be interested to see how they will work this to claim the performance shares this time around.
