the BoD is aleady accountable...to FBR shareholder votes, and their future board positions at other companies.
Dont get me wrong here. I do not have enough info at the moment to be impressed with any of the board decisions.
The engineering is awesome.
But the rest of the decisions do not impress me at all, which is why i do not hold anymore. Though I am willing accept that i may be wrong , which is why i continue to take an interest and learn from the story that is unfolding.

But legal action at the moment wouldnt achieve anything positive for shareholders in my opinion.
