not sure ..
either way does not bother me ..
this management are conservative !!
they are not just throwing it away at everything and anything .they have some nice j/v going on .
the j/v should pay for most of the drilling .
also that last project they picked up already has some work done to it ,so we already have saved some money and time before we started.
just hang on in and see what happens .dyor.
