Just have to add:
Divest out the Lithium for cash to someone who wants to buy it and use it improve resource size at Lac Rainy which will be much better ROI.
The 19mil should go all towards developing Lac Rainy... Have a look at RNU project of great significance for the US etc.
Lac Rainy being in Canada will also be a project of great significance for the west.
