I hardly think it’s that simple DWJD. If Russell and Gino just wanted to off load their holdings in some kind of psychotic episode to screw Atrum (and themselves), we'd be trading nearer to 30c rather than 65c. They could continue to leverage some pressure to force a settlement over the legal dispute, but... I don’t think that’s in their interests either (and it hadn’t worked pre-bulk sample approval, so it wouldnt likely work now).
Personally I think they'll come to some agreement. They're all ultimately commercial enough to find a solution, and there’s too much to gain for all the parties involved not to. Let’s hope so.
