all right simmer down, I suppose it's not too different to a start up being bought out or someone buying a big block to demolish, subdivide and re-sell - he seems to do a lot of the groundwork and then sell on before the dollar heavy stuff comes in.

I guess I'm just always a bit nervous when someone sells out completely before the hard stuff starts.
