Referred to the Takeover Panel, by the Chinese for this activity, Bully is no stranger to the panel. In that instance the panel found for the Chinese.
Perhaps HK Xinhe is not the Yellow Peril they are made out to be....... just a thought. Their gievances with Bully goes back for several years.

The Bully directors were pretty quick to sell out to EMR.
Emerald (Resources) have done nothing wrong.
