And if so, how did Xinhe get hold of the information?
Do they have someone on the inside on the board or management of Bullseye?
If she has been suspended or stood down or sacked, then wouldn't that be critical information that must be declared to all shareholders of Xinhe and EMR and Bullseye?
Perhaps it was, we don't know, and I certainly never received any notification as an EMR shareholder.
