chef according toyour no one management team i qoute we dont forsee any problems getting license the problem and time delay was due to pcr coming onboard and the change of plan by abm.As for cil plant are you saying the lease mine wouldnt have become available if we had gone down original path shit we would have been able to buy it outright. oh and as for costs once again management said minimal and at the time we had 5mil and the anz loan if needed. And last whats a know all like you asking so many questions when you consider yourself a better investor than most
